Positive: Super nice host! Comfortable beds.
Negative: It was quite cold when we arrived and it took over an hour before we could remove our coats. Heated with wall and baseboard heat. Once the money has been received for the booking it would be nice if the heat were turned on, if possible. Reminded me of staying at my grandparents house back in the '50s. Booking.com did not disclose extra fees up front. It says pets are allowed but not that the fee is $150. That is not disclosed until you complete your booking. Neither is the $150 cleaning fee. This is on booking.com, not on the owner.
Summary: They had comfortable beds and nice way to display towels (with amenities package)

Positive: Location was very good. Close to shopping and downtown. Fireplace made our stay cozy in the cold weather.
Negative: House did not have any good knives to cook with. We cooked all our meals so it would have been nice.

Positive: The location worked out well. Sean was very responsive and helpful when needed .
Negative: It definitely needed a better cleaning, as well as just overall TLC for the price you pay. It was little misleading Bed sheets were stained, towels looked old and it doesn't cost that much to update furniture. We really didn't want to sit in it and especially after the deal with COVID. Nor does it cost that much for a Keurig or bigger coffee pot. Our feet were black after walking barefoot on the floors.
